Mathilde Espitalier Noël was called to the Bar of Mauritius in January 2018. She then joined DE SPEVILLE- DESVAUX. She studied at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdon where she graduated as a Bachelor in English and French Law. She spent a year at Université de Rennes I – where she obtained her Master I in European and International Law. Mathilde followed the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School in London and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 2016.
Mathilde is an ADR Group Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator.
Before completing her pupillage at recognized Chambers and at the Director of Public Prosecution’s office in Mauritius, Mathilde undertook trainings at FTPA Associés (Paris) and have had work experience as a paralegal at FieldFischer LLP (London).
Mathilde has a mixed area of practice but acts mainly in civil and commercial matters either as a litigant or consultant.
